Historical Fiction Reading Challenge
One of the things that I meant to do this year - and positively failed at - was participate in the
Historical Fiction Reading Challenge. I mean, I've been reading historical fiction books throughout the year, but I completely forgot to actively update and participate in the challenge. Now 2012 is nearly over. Well, let's see how many works of historical fiction I managed to read this year!

- Iago by David Snodin
- The Red Badge of Courage by Stephen Crane
- The Golden Goblet by Eloise Jarvis McGraw
- The Maid by Kimberly Cutter
** A good chunk of these titles were continuations of book series that I began in previous years. However, before I wrote this up I would have sworn that "nearly all" the historical books I read were a part of the various series I've started. I was really surprised that, in reality, it was less than half of them! I may have overestimated the total because many of the authors were not new to me.
