OD is driving me insane the last few days - for half the day at least I can't even get to it. Maybe they're doing maintenance during THEIR nighttime. Which happens to be my fucking daytime, the only time I have internet access. Sure, I don't want to spend all day on there. But a little visit here and there would be nice

Now we have an explanation when you visit the main site. It'd be nice if they'd have let us know a bit sooner. Grrr.

I know what you mean - I've tried LJ for years, it just never has the same feel, as in community-wise.

I'm torn. I love the community of OD, but Livejournal serves my needs a lot better. :-) (I have many needs for happy, shiny things.) Sigh. What to do?

LJ doesn't really serve any of my needs except always being available. which, with OD's track record, is QUITE important really...

It's true, it's true. You're much better at updating regularly and providing a continuous story, whereas I just tend to sweep in and read everybody's updates. Haha. Oh, I suck at OD.
