Someone came and picked up the dog Thursday afternoon!  Thank God, since Bill was beginning to become attached and I did not want a fourth dog.

On Friday I went and bought my dress for the vow renewal.  I bought this spaghetti strap dress, with these rhinestone sandals and matching clutch bag, all in peridot.  And I bought a corset to go

If you decide you want to discuss he corset frustrations, I'll keep an eye out - I've worn a few, so I know aaall about the getting-into issues. ^^

It was horrible! I couldn't do it by myself. I maybe got... three, four snaps in before I finally gave up. How do you do it by yourself? I would think it would be nearly impossible.

Then again, it didn't help at all with it being a million degrees in the store -- no snaps required, everything was just... sticky. Ugggh.

Eww. Yea, humidity never helps anything.

What kind of corset is it, and where are the closures? By 'snaps', do you mean actual snaps, or is it hook-and-eye, or hook-and-eye with laces (or what)?
