She pined for him through most of the Original Series.
B) Riker/Troi
They eventually get married after over 20 years of an on-again off-again relationship. Imzadi is a cool word!
C) Kirk/Spock
They are definitely heterosexual, and a are just good friends. (And I am sure that Starfleet has a few regulations against relations between a captain and his first officer. Janeway wouldn't date Chakotay because of them...)
D) I am not sure that I do have an unpopular fannish opinion on him. Other aspects of Star Trek, I do, but not regarding Spock.
E) McCoy
Saavik. He was her mentor, and considered her a friend. But that is all.
