I was thinking we should make it a sign up thing like the prompt comms, where people could join anytime with claims? Let 3 people - just a number I pulled out of my head - claim a fandom if they want. They have 6 months. If they don't, it goes back up for grabs?

We could advertise on 150 comms and fanfic ads...
