Stuffed Pepper Soup
It's dinner! Tonight I made slow cooker stuffed pepper soup! I didn't add the peppers until about an hour before everything else was done, because my husband doesn't like it when everything is squishy. Yummy!!
I made 44 clove garlic soup! I know what you're thinking..."GAAAH TOOO MUUUCCHH GAAARRRLLIIICCC!" But indulge me. The outcome was totally subtle (which I'm attributing to the roasted garlic). So if you're into cooking, and you want a delicious soup for winter, give this a try. I promise you'll love it!!
