So just as I was about to go to bed last night Jeannette sprung on me one last component of my costume that we both forgot: the mandarin necklace.

If you want to make me socks, please reinforce the heels. I say this because for some reason my boots which are awesome DO something to my socks and I now have 5 pairs of thick woolen stockings with holes on the heels. Yay! I made it work without sewing on a safety pin! And I can have it both ways if I want too!

I've been working on my cravat, but I'm a bit stuck at which way the cloth should flow before I sew on the safety pin so it works like a brooch: ( Click for pictures )

So tonight Alicia and I went shopping. I'd initially only wanted to buy an engraver from Showcase, but we ended up buying stuff elsewhere.
