Bikes.

Sigh.

The Devinci Toronto bike. Has back rack. Fenders. Internal shifting hub (this shit rides smoooth). Did not get to ride this bike, as the service guy at Sampson's was a bit of a prick. Not loving the idea of buying it there because the guy was a prick. Full chain guard. Just out of price range, but a tad cheaper than the sub bike.

The Louis Garneau cityzen sub bike. What a sexy bike. It has thinner semislick tires, is lightweight. Back rack. Fenders. Drum brakes, which brake at the centre of the wheel rather than the Y-brakes at the fork. This means no problems with Y-brakes rubbing the rim, debris buildup, etc. 8speed Internal shifting hub. Rides awesome. Nice salesman. Just above my price range.

Louis Garneau cityzen 200 bike. Thicker tires than the sub. Y-brakes and 21speed external gears. Fenders. No back rack. Has attachment areas that I can put a basket or back rack on myself. Cheapest. Funky green colour looks more friendly in person. Plastic gear guard thing. This is negative.

I'm torn. I can tell that the sub bike will ride really nicely for me, but do I need that? I do take my bike to all ends of the city, but not extremely often. The majority of the riding that I do will be fine to do with the cityzen 200.

I'm 60% sold on it, but the sub and toronto bikes are just really fucking nice bikes.
