Thank you for such a nice compliment :) You know, I'm not much of an icon-maker myself apart from offering these bases, so I'm really glad that other icon-makers like you get some mileage out of them :)

it's funny, when you're used to doing one thing, the other side of it can be more interesting. what i mean is that there are base makers like yourself, who often comment about not being much into making icons themselves. but even though i make the icons, i'm not much of a base maker. once in a while i'll seek out the images and scale them down to bases, but i appreciate each and every person who makes the bases i use, who has the eye to crop them correctly.

we all have our own talents and loves, and i'm glad we can all appreciate the other side, is what i'm trying to get at, in a terribly round about way. haha.

Personally, I love simple, beautiful icons as opposed to really artsy ones, so thank you for making them; a lot of icon-makers get caught up in the decoration and yours are so refreshing. :)
