It's relatively easy, hon.

Right-click on the pic. Select "properties". Copy the pic's URL to the clipboard

Go you your profile. Click "profile" on the top menu --> select "manage userpics"

Under "Upload a new userpic" there are options "From file" and "from URL" Paste the URL into the latter box. Click "proceed"
