I liked Meg! Cute actress. And seasons later she was sort of helpful.
And the empty road, she just planted herself there, right? Splitting up the brothers even more would have benefited Azazel's goal, I think.
Lovely with these short more often published rewatch posts! ♥️

I love Rachel Miner. I met her at a con and she was lovely. All the same, Nicki Aycox will always be the definitive Meg for me, probably just because she came first.

I agree Meg had probably just planted herself there, and again at the bus station. We didn't know it at the time, of course, but it was implied in later episodes that demons, like angels, had the power to materialize and de-materialize at will.

I'm not sure exactly what Azazel's goal was at this point. Of course, Meg's conversation with Sam gave her ammunition to sew discord between the brothers later, and maybe that was enough.

Thanks so much for your feedback! I'm glad the shorter more frequent posts are working for you :)

I mean, we all instantly liked the cute, flirty girl, didn’t we?

That's for sure. Until the last moment, I considered her a sweet girl with whom Sam could very well have an affair. At the moment where she stabbed the driver, I even gasped. Well, I didn't expect it. Sam's phone list - it might just be the last phones he called. He could call his friends, but he didn't want to call Dean.

Yes, the big reveal at the end of the episode was a hell of a moment! I don't imagine many viewers saw it coming.

Thanks so much for your comment and continued support.
