Dear 2019, I hope you bring us everything good: a functioning government, a presidential resignation, and reasonable economic policies that either stave off an economic downturn or mitigate it. Is that too much to ask? Yes, I know it is.

That with the "showing up" sounds like a great idea. I am somewhat perfectionist in my duties, as in "if I don't do it right, what sense is there in doing it at all?". But it is true that even a little bit every day goes a long way. Will try it, thank you for the suggestion!

I'm in total agreement. It's the only way that his horror of acolytes won't think it's some sort of conspiracy.

Absolutely true about making it a habit, and starting out slow and working your way up can be great, too. So good for you for getting THREE (it was absolutely three, getting up and down counts) pieces of exercise done on your very first day!
