Love your family get-togethers. Reminds me of the ones I enjoyed when Mom was still with us. She seemed to be the one that everyone gravitated to at Holidays. My family is so scattered that I'm not sure I'll ever see us all together again, but at least I have the memories. Huge hugs, Grammy

My parents established Hanukkah as the Must Do holiday of the year for our family. After they died, I was afraid the event would unravel and did my darnedest to keep it going. Happily, I wasn't the only one who valued it; we have never missed a year. The cast of characters has changed somewhat, what with births, deaths, and other life events, but the core is strong. I am hopeful that even after I die, the tradition will continue. FanSee
