OMG, I love this story so much! I loved the scene with Bonesy, and Cas being there for each of Sam's deaths, and then coming together for the hugs at the end. Just wonderful! Definitely marking in my Delicious.

I really liked the concept of this, especially that Cas has been there for Sam since the first time he went to heaven. Lovely having them hug, too!

This comment makes me very happy. I am always trying to problem solve for the characters... I am not much for maintaining narrative tension, but I do enjoy sticking with canon and working out the problems, so I am really glad you enjoyed it!

Thank you so much for taking on my prompts! This was lovely. Poor Sam and Cas, all twisted up about everything. They break my heart.

Also? They should hug ALL the time!

I had a really fun time writing it as a five things. I agree that Sam and Cas should hug all the time: Dean and Cas with the crowding each other and staring, and Sam and Cas with the precious precious hugs. :)
