:D :D   •    6.01 Exile on Main St.  - I liked this a whole lot. Because on the one hand, I totally ship Dean/Lisa. but on the other hand, Dean is so miserable.  I like the symmetry with the Djinn ep, because this is the life that the original djinn thought Dean wanted.  And then of course Sam is alive!  but off!  and there are Campbells! I liked the soulless Sam part of the season...the mystery of why he was that way,, and then Dean trying to fix him...the opening Purgatory and Eve part didn't grab me...

Eve was so lackluster to me. She felt like a very canned villain, with no real presence. I largely felt the same about Lilith. It's a bit obnoxious that they had Lilith, then Eve, then Abaddon.... only Abaddon had any real personality. The small time spunky demons like Meg, Crowley, and Ruby are much more interesting to me. I'm here/there on Lucifer. But I liked Azazel and Alistair a lot. :)

It was a tough season, but there were some really great episodes.

I was surprised it didn't score higher, because I did enjoy it... tho I kind of also had an inkling that it wasn't all that. o_O Mixed i guess.

Blunt soulless!Sam in ep 9 was absolutely hilarious! "Have you considered the possibility that you suck at hunting UFOs?" XD XD And ep 15 I could watch over and over again and still noticed something new, because there was just so many details in every shot. :D

Soulless Sam was an awesome idea. His intellect was still so sharp and clever, and then his bodily desires were unchecked. Yowza.

But I was glad when Real Sam came back!

i liked s6 better than s5, but i wished there was more of eve. and i couldn't figure out the mytharc and then i wasn't sure i cared. but i didn't hate it! and the season as a whole was paced well. and i kinda liked soulless!sam, especially since the ptb didn't spend half the season pushing the is-he-isn't-he-evil angel. he wasn't evil. he just didn't have a soul. (and was thus occasionally kind of an asshole.) and some of the episodes were really good. i mean, clap your hand if you believe, frontierland, appointment in samarra, the man who knew too much.

Soulless Sam was an awesome idea. His intellect was still so sharp and clever, and then his bodily desires were unchecked. To watch Sam move about without a soul was wild -- he had no conscience -- and so I'm not sure someone like that could be evil -- he was more chaotic I guess.

I didn't care about Eve at all. There was NO substance there. They've done so well with sympathetic villains like Meg, Ruby, and Crowley, and outright villains like Lucifer, Azazel, Alistair, Zackariah... but with Lilith I felt pretty meh (except when she was a creepy little girl) and even with Abaddon, I liked Josey a lot more.
