Hi Rachel,

Rather new here myself (althought we all--). I like the concept of werecats. I like dogs, but deep down I'm a cat person. This is a brilliant idea. We can talk all day about cats versus dogs, and the idea that the conversation hasn't been extended to the were-world is mindboggling. Cats are sketchy characters as it is...you can have nice doggie and be surprised when it goes a bit feral, but you're never surprised when a cat does. Where you take that with a werecat will be interesting. I'll be interested to see where you take it.

Rachel! Great to see you here, and I think this is the first I've heard about your world and concepts in detail. I can't wait to see what you've done with it. And, yeah, as jfreedan pointed out, nothing new under the sun (I thought I'd come up with something totally new until I saw the HERO premiere a couple of weeks ago) but new twists on the stories buried in our souls are always welcome.

Yes, I know how you feel because I've got 2 blogs, my LJ and my non-writer blog, as I call it.
