Your story sounds fascinating. As China struggles with its IR -- on stage now because of the Olympics -- your genre is even more timely. I only recently stumbled upon the term steampunk so I've been hunting around for some examples. Yet another addition to my TBRs!

I'd love to hear more about your origins, influences and how your ideas form. I love the originality and the unique perspectives you have (just finished Secret History of Moscow - wow!).

Steampunk is really coming into it's own it seems - a natural result of our world becoming more and more reliant on technology I think - but that's another topic! I' looking forward to reading how you write in that genre.

All your stories sound fascinating! I'll be watching for them and reading, reading, reading!
