And I totally agree with you, I'd rather kids had safe, educated sex than unsafe clueless sex anytime. I think also approaching it as if it's not something taboo or 'bad' would help. I think it's more important that a person waits until they're mentally and physically ready to have sex (with the emphasis that sex is normal and ok and can be amazing when it's the right time, person, and reason) than to wait because that's what church tells them, or because it's 'wrong'. People are so backwards about it. Bleh.
