I thought I'd post a snippet of something I started on a few days ago. It's a parody of "Once More, With Feeling!" I guess. I'm currently calling it "Crucio, With Feeling!" so that should give you an idea what I'm getting at. Please tell me if it's terrible so I don't waste my time.

I would say keep going. It's a really funny idea and what you've got so far makes great parody potential. I've read very few fanfics that are in script/screenplay format, so that should be interesting. The key to fanfic (not that I'm too great an expert at it myself), is don't second guess yourself. If you've got an idea...go for it. Like I said, I like it so far. Keep up!

Thanks! I live on comments and seldom get it (without begging my friends that is). :-)

I have a few ideas for other songs/key moments but the lyrics always take a bit of time. And I need to re-watch the musical because it's been a while. I do intend to go further with it though.

I know the feeling. Even now, I don't get as many comments or feedback on my fics as I would like, and I've been at it for about two years. It takes a while but, don't worry. You'll get there.

P.S I've always loved rearanging songs from musicals with HP lyrics, it's nice to find someone who shares this vaugely odd passion! :)

I don't know why, but I've just always liked changing songs. This is my first Harry Potter attempt, but I've done many impromptu changes. :-)

Uber love! Finish it! I've actually written a "I'll Never Tell" filk for Ron and Hermione. I'll have to find it. You're free to use it if you want, as long as I'm credit for the parody lyrics. It probably needs some polishing.

Oh!!!! I like it. Love it really. I'm not sure exactly what stage they're at yet in my story (it's a bit of a mish-mash of a few books I think at this point), but this could definitely work.
