Another way to get the fade-in-fade-out text is to make black layers around either side of the text, then tween the black frame leading to the text, then tween the text leading to the black frame. Usually a tween1 of two or three will work, although it does tend to up the image size a bit.
1Working on the assumption that you know what that is, but stating it for others in case they don't: Tween is the delightful little bouncy-ball icont right next to the image-speed numbers at the bottom of each frame. Gotta keep an eye on tween settings when working with those, though; want to make sure that you're going in the right direction.
Awesome tutorial! I'm going to have to try it out. I didn't know that ImageReady could open videos! Now, is it just .avi video files or any?

Im not really sure, some of the .avi videos dont open and some do .mpeg works for sure x)
