[Accidental Voice Post]

[slightly tinny recording of music playing, then a husky, throaty voice sings along with Billie Holiday's "Under a Blue Jungle Moon" until the second verse when the voice slides into a long, low wolf howl]

Hmm, not know human songs before.  Why now?

first curse, affected, curse day, songstress, carrying a torch

Sounds strange. This voice not meant for human songs.

Don't be so down on yourself! I liked it.

I can honestly say that's the first time I've heard a werewolf sing.

[OOC: But does she do opera? ;)]

Wolves sing all the time. Sing when hunting, sing when lonely. Sing when mating.

Different kind of singing.

[ooc: Not at all. XD]

That's not the sort of singing I meant.

[OOC: The City's eardrums are safe! *G*]

I know.

I'm havin' myself a time
I mean I'm havin' what I want
Wanting what I have
Doing what I like
And liking what I do
And I'm havin' myself a time...

Strange words. All in my head.

It's Seth. I never heard that one on the radio.

Radio? Listen to music at club mostly. Makes headaches.

It's one of the curses.

So told. Why would those ones want to make others sing? No point.

teh_alpha_male April 13 2008, 05:54:37 UTC
To make them unhappy and frustrated. It's how the City feeds.

Feeds on pain? ....Hm. Make more sense now, but singing is not painful.
