Doctor Who/House Crossover

I'm looking for a specific House/Doctor Who crossover. What I can remember is that it is a single fairly long fic, and these details:

* It is the 9th or 10th Doctor.
* House is persuaded to take the case possibly because of the two hearts.
* At one point he strips the Doctor to check for any abnormalities, and he finds a lump that is actually an alien
