There’s a line from the movie that I just love.  It’s become my personal mantra:  Don’t ever let someone tell you that you can’t do something.

Oh yes. I know I sure feel that way about my marriage and my house and you know how hard it was to get both of those things to happen.

I loved that line too. I think it's one of those lines the entire world can relate to. Which just goes to show how alike we all are, no matter what differences we see. I think having someone say you can't do something might be a bit rough, but it's when you are the one telling yourself I can't, well then, it becomes quite tragic ( ... )

Oh yes. You can be what you want, if you're willing to put forth all the hard work required to do it. And that includes learning from the disappointments and mistakes and whatnot. I totally agree with you there.
