Friday Five

1.  Yesterday we had snow squalls that made driving scary.  Heavy winds and blowing snow plus unplowed roads equal not a happy driver.  I never would have left the house, but someone had to pick T up from school.  *sigh*  The things we do because we love our kids...  Then later, when Chriss left work, it was even worse and took him forever to drive

I love buying books too. I was just thinking it was time I went and spent the gift card I got for Christmas, I've been making a book wish list. And way to go on Dreamwalker! Keep up the good work. Stay warm.

I just can't help myself when it comes to buying books. You'd think I'd at least wait until I finished reading the ones I currently have before buying more, but nope. I don't.

Part of me feels like I should be ashamed but the rest of me is like, NAH! It's too fun. That and I'm helping to support my fellow writers. :D

And--my sympathies on the cold!!

I think a lot of my slowness is due to my obsessive need to edit as I go. That and some characters just don't come as easily to me as others. So their scenes tend to take up to a week or more to write. But I am most definitely pleased with my current progress.

We should pass a lot about the cold and then prosecute the weather. I think it would be an interesting trial.
