How did you do this week?

Okay after two weeks of being sick and then getting my period, I'm back. I haven't been counting points- but I'm starting again right now. So how did everyone else do? Points, calories, fat, exercise? What ever you’re counting.
I do want to offer a few things that have helped me out just in case anyone wants to know.

Mmmm - I am munching on some 40-spice hummus & pita chips right now. Glad you are feeling better.

glad you are feeling better. I bought hummus last week and need to make up some flat bread this weekend.
I have to watch preservatives, this means a fair amount of baking gets done around here.

Who wrote The Mood Cure? That sounds like an interesting book.

Thanks. I understand I'm gluten free- so I have to be careful about what I eat.
Julia Ross wrote the Mood Cure. It has been an amazing help not only to me, but to several of my friends.

I went to a wine and tapas bar Saturday night and ate an incredible amount of food. I had brie on toast, onion crustini things, pizza, a funky queso made out of really weird cheeses, and two glasses of wine.

I was sure that I would have gained weight.

But. I weighed in this morning and have lost 70 lbs.
