After a successful morning class, Edmund decided to go celebrate by being nowhere near the school's brats or the freshly "bathed" Baldrick.
He left Baldrick in charge and strolled off toward the causeway whistling a jaunty (and if one were familiar with early 19th century music, quite obscene) tune.
Baldrick was there, despite feeling horribly used. And even worse, clean. He just knew he was going to come down with plague any minute.
