The Perk- Sunday afternoon

This was probably Jaina's last excuse to come back here before she had to figure out how to travel via the mess that was Portalocity with kids, though the mess that was Portalocity meant that she didn't get in until late last night. Since today was the first time in a while she was able to do things on her own time, she didn't get out of her room

"Jaina!" Anakin said, beaming as he walked into the Perk. "What a nice surprise!"

"Yes, and she also went through a phase where she would only address Artoo as 'Tiger'," Anakin sighed.

"Don't sigh, that's amazing," Jaina laughed.

[sith_happened]

"Artoo wasn't thrilled," Anakin said. "You've seen a droid sulk before, right?"

[solo_sword]

"Let's just say my dad and Threepio don't get along, so... yes," she nodded.

"Just add me being shocked by his little taser thing a bit more and you've got how that visit went," Anakin said dryly.

[solo_sword]

"I shouldn't laugh," Jaina laughed.

[sith_happened]

"And yet--" Anakin teased. "You'll have these sorts of stories in a few years, too, you know."

[solo_sword]

"Oh, I'm sure. I'm in for a lot of karmic payback, probably," she admitted.

Maybe they'd end up like Jag and be good?

Pfft. Skywalker-Solo genes forbade that from happening ever.

"But it will be entertaining for the rest of us?"

Hey, Sia turned out stoic and normal!

"I could always not tell you what they do," Jaina lied.

"Then I'd have to visit," Anakin bluffed.

Don't make him shave his head again, Jaina. It was not a good look.

"You could, you know. They're kind of not up on what last-generation Jedi looked like where I am now," she pointed out. "We got away with two Tahiris staying on the same floor."

Anakin looked seriously tempted. "You wouldn't mind?"

[solo_sword]

"Of course not. I could use some normalcy every once in a while," she said.

[sith_happened]

"You realize that calling me normal is making Master Yoda have a coughing fit as a blue Force ghost right now," Anakin teased.
