Lucille tried the cheese. And the smoked salmon. And the mushrooms. She enjoyed the taste of all these things, but what 'umami' meant still eluded her.

Since Dr Lecter had offered, she would take some of the food from the Halloween party with her. Perhaps a spider for Cassandra?
