Gwen had managed to lose her shirt, though not much else. Yet. "The latter's usually how these go, isn't it?"

Sudden, unexplained nudity was a thing with Torchwood Three.

Mutinies were spontaneous. Planning was for other people, who were not drunk on the very minimal amount of liquor Rikku had had.

In the gogremlins chat, someone called it the Room of Bad Decisions, and I got inspired.

We were gonna offer to have the po-po crash in and arrest people, but completely spaced on actually mentioning it to the cop folks until after the police station post went up with empty cells. SORRY. If anyone Official (or non-official) wants to scare people off and make them run for their lives, FEEL FREE.
