These days... the shadowy corners seemed more his speed. He wasn't lurking, so much, no, but he was kind of standing off to the side, his massive sword on his back and his arms crossed over his chest, quietly watching the crowd with curious, glowing-blue eyes. Maybe he'd spot somebody familiar. Maybe he wouldn't. Either way, he was here.
He knew all too well that there were worse places he could be.
