Yeah, Sparkle hadn't even known that the onsen was a thing until just today, when he'd been out walking, skipping out on his Demon Marcus shift because, meh, he just hadn't felt like it. Karina could agree with that. The onsen was in the running for the place she thought was the most tolerable on the island.

(Which wasn't really saying much, given her general opinion about the island, but she did like the onsen.)

"I'd ask how the water is," Karina said, dipping one toe into the water and then stepping down into it, "but your face kinda gives that away without asking."

She was wearing a hot pink bikini and had her hair tied up into a bun on the top of her head.

"Shit, can I never leave? I can play StuCo president from right here, I can probably, like, Skype in my cashier jobs, right? That's a thing people do? I don't think anybody would blame me."

Never mind that he wouldn't pay what he was supposed to, either, if he was left to his own devices in somebody else's store.
