The Devil's Nest, Friday Evening

Allie got into work to find Tiny barricaded behind the bar while four gremlins played Cards Against Humanity in the lounge.

Apparently it was going to be one of those kind of nights.

Kate was still in town, and while she was intending to head home in a bit, there was always time to check in at the Devil's Nest, especially since she'd pretty much been failing at that all summer.

"Aww, you're not Eric," she noted as she made her way to the bar. She didn't seem overly upset about this, though. "I guess I'll just have a green apple soda, then."

Since Tiny was involved in getting the latest round of drinks for the gremlins, Allie decided to take care of the customer that was less likely to bite. "Nope," she said, sliding the soda across the bar. "I'm Allison. And you're a new face."

"I don't know, I feel like a pretty old face," Kate mused. She toasted allie with her new soda. "Hi. Kate Gregson, Fandom High class of 2011. Currently teaching."

Allie returned Kate's toast with the bottle of True Blood she'd been sipping. "Oh? What class? Some of them sound pretty interesting."

Eric smiled at Allie. "Glad to see you back to being vampire again."

Allie rolled her eyes. "I'd like to forget that ever happened. But Jack has pictures."

"I'll be sure to frame one and put it behind the bar," he said, smirking. "For Tiny."

"I'd say you're mean and cruel but you'd probably take that as a compliment," she sighed.
