"I wouldn't go as far as to call it that," Aeryn said, and there was a long pause before she remembered she was probably supposed to be helpful. "Did you need something?"
"Yes," Jamie said with a nod. "World peace, an end to mutant prejudice and an Klondike bar. However if the owner is around I'd like to talk to him if he's available."
Mike strolled in with his hands in his pockets and gave the woman a polite smile. "Good afternoon, miss. I would like to purchase a weapon. In fact, I would like to purchase several."
She looked green, which was good. Mike needed to get out the door without official paperwork.
Mike pulled a list from his pocket and peered at it -- he'd written too small, and it was a little hard to read without his reading glasses. He gave Aeryn an apologetic shrug. "Shall we start with the assault rifles?"
