After chatting with her dead guest for a while, Jessica walked up onto the stage, slipped fifty dollars into the zombie guitarist's pocket... or exposed rib? Look, it was hard to tell. Anyway, she said, "That's some brain money. Play some Taylor Swift for that guy for as long as everyone else in the bar will let you. Never Ever Getting Back Together on repeat. Okay, buddy? Sarah had started her day going to her door in pajamas, and subsequently screaming and slamming the door in Simon's face, because Simon was dead and that was... what you did when dead people came knocking at your door.

So, the fact that she was nursing a beer and he was right beside her (now that she'd persuaded him away from the door)? That was progress.

Jessica requested a meeting here, so Otto showed up. He didn't even bother to look around and make sure there was metal around that he could use for arms if it came down to it.

... Mostly because this was a bar, yes, and silverware, restaurant equipment, and bottlecaps alone would give him plenty to work with. But he was trying not to think that way this weekend.
