Sam actually hadn't been out much since the other day. He'd laid low, taken some time to recharge his batteries and was out again. The graveyard probably wasn't the most normal place to be but Sam was far from normal. Annie was out on patrol again tonight, which shouldn't really shock anyone who knew her work ethic. She didn't know why she ended up around the graveyard, but she did, and it was a good thing she did.

"A little late to be out here," she noted in a you're-not-supposed-to-be-doing-this sort of voice.

Man, there were a lot of these...good little boys and girls. Sam cursed under his breath and wondered what he'd have to do to get out of his one.

"Can't a guy pay some respects in peace?" he asked since he'd been seen and all.

Yes, Annie had to be good cop here. She really didn't like that part, honestly.

"I just got some friends buried here," Sam lied, standing up but staying where he was for the moment. "It's not always easy to get out during the day. Everyone should get to mourn a little, right?"
