The Park- Sunday after sunset

Anyone who happened by the park tonight might take notice of a mysterious tent that had appeared there. It seemed both out of place and mysterious, exactly the sort of thing to invite people who might be so inclined to find that sort of thing inviting

Annie had gone to the park for one last check to make sure everything was gone from the brunch that should be, and hadn't thought she'd see this particular tent here. So just to see what was going on, she poked her head in and said, "Oh! Hello."

"Hello, Annie," said the fortuneteller, still looking like she'd expected her. "I know why you've come."

"Oh, really? Did you spot anything I should be taking back to the dorms?" she asked. "Because we're a pretty thorough Student Council, I just wanted to check one more time-"

"You're here to hear your fortune," said the fortuneteller. Telling, not asking. "Sit."

Bruce was going on an evening run when he spotted the tent. It wasn't a Homecoming tent as far as he could tell. So yes, he had to check it out.

"Not a bad location for a fortuneteller," Bruce said.

"I like it," said the fortuneteller, and then, more mysteriously, "Would you like to hear your future, Bruce?"

"My future, or the future of yet another Bruce somewhere in the multiverse?" Bruce asked.

[fh_fillers]

"Yours, of course," said the fortuneteller. Mysteriously. "I think trying to determine other futures might require more than one crystal ball."

Leto had gone for a walk with Hania, hoping it would make her fall asleep easier. As he passed the park he noticed a tent that hadn't been there before. He saw no reason not to see what it was, and when he looked inside he saw...

"...So you tell fortunes?"

Yes, he looked terribly amused.

"I do, Leto," she replied, and added, "But it'll cost you if you want it for the kid, too. Very hard to tell their futures this early, you know?"

She knew his name? Leto was careful not to let her notice it surprised him. "She should create her own future," he said. "But please, tell me mine."

She'd get it all wrong, but at least it would be entertaining.

"Very well." The fortuneteller looked into her swirling crystal ball for a moment, which didn't seem to say anything, but apparently it got him whatever the future was.

Sorry. "Future."

"I see that you will marry Alice and have six children. You will live in a mansion on Arrakis and be a spice trader. Also, you will ride a black bike. It is more environmentally friendly, after all."

Walking past the park on their way back to the dorms, Sov noticed a tent that hadn't been there earlier today. Curious, they peeked inside.

"Oh! Sorry, didn't mean to disturb you." That didn't stop Sov from not leaving.

"You're not disturbing me at all, Sov," said the fortuneteller. "Come in."

"You know my name?" Sov's eyes widened a little. "How do you know my name?" They entered the tent.

"I know all," she said mysteriously. "Which is how I know your future. Would you like to hear it?"

Pinkie was trotting by, and was very much intrigued by the out of place and mysterious tent. She peered in.

"Oooooo," she said. "Are you going camping?"

"Of course not. This tent would never last a night in inclement weather," said the fortuneteller. "I am delving into the realm of the unknown to tell people their futures."

"Wow!" Pinkie was duly impressed. "Like, you can tell me what I'm going to eat for dinner?!"

"A bit farther than just dinner, Pinkie," replied the fortuneteller mysteriously. "Sit- Uh." That might be difficult. "If you stand there, I can tell you about your life."
