Of course Ramona was there to mingle. It was her party, duh. But even if that was the case, she did sort of linger to the side, watching people to make sure that no one unwelcome had snuck in (there was only one of those, anyway) and that no one was so inebriated as to fall into the fire or anything.

That'd probably be bad.

There's a couple of platters of food, though not anything too extensive (though Ramona had the presence of mind to get marshmallows and hot dogs for the fire), and tons of cheap beer and decent liquor -- as well as mixers, for you non-drinkers. Grab a drink or a snack!

Jeremy had had a pretty fun, flirty day of rides in Disneyland with Miley yesterday, and today there was a party, so he was a pretty happy guy.

Dressed casually, if not really for swimming, he hovered around the snack table, with a mug in hand.

Sookie was mostly here because she liked Kate, and she liked the beach, and...well, beer was fine. But she was studiously staying away from that girl with the blue hair. Her mental landscape was irritating her.

Cheap beer? Yeah, that's where Nathan was gonna be. Sure, it tasted like piss and would probably lead to him getting liver cancer, dying and coming back to life still with liver cancer but the journey would be fucking great.

He was sucking down on a cold one and glancing around, deciding that Ramona didn't throw a half bad party. It could have done with more strippers though.

For where would a party be without music? Ramona had set up some speakers around the beach area they'd be inhabiting, and there was plenty of space to dance near the bonfire!
