Jack would do a lot for a free meal, and so he didn't blink twice at the need to change his outfit in order to receive tiny little sandwiches.

He probably should have looked a tad closer at the offerings before he chose the dress, though...

Chuck... wasn't really sure how to dress appropriately for afternoon tea.

But there seemed to be people here who did, brought jackets and things, and had decided to force a quick learning curve on him. He'd gained a pretty awesome hat from the exercize! That part wasn't so bad.

Passing by the park and spotting the tea, Karla found herself abruptly homesick. The aristos back home had something very similar and she could remember visiting for tea with her mother.

Finding an appropriate outfit was easy enough (and, honestly, these fashions were a lot closer to the ones from home than Fandom's were), Karla headed over to enjoy tea and snacks.

This would probably end poorly. But at least she'd probably be a better guest than the pirate!

Jack was more than used to people giving him strange looks--perhaps not for shoving scones into his dress' bodice, but for other reasons--so he was able to ignore the ladies' scowls without much effort.

He glanced around for others to chat with as he slurped his tea. Genteely.

Ish.
