There wasn't any rhyme or reason for Hannibal's visit other than he'd gotten a little bored with his self imposed exile in Abigail's house and he figured he was comfortable enough to make the trip without any reason behind it. Chuck hobbled into the Perk, looking tired from the walk and a little groggy since it was early. He perked up a bit when he saw Hannibal though. "Didn't expect to see you here."

"Surprise!" Hannibal said, wiggling his fingers at Chuck. He laughed and shook his head. "I'm just in town for the day. New York's kinda boring sometimes."

New York was really boring when he stayed in one room for hours and just watched television.

"It was either here or Newark. I chose here. I don't even know what's in Newark."

"There's nothing in New Jersey except people that wish they were in New York," Chuck said. "But I can understand getting away from the city for a bit. The island seems to be having that same feeling since it hasn't sit still all summer."

"Yeah?" Hannibal asked, sounding curious at least. "Where all's it been? Wherever you guys are now seems pretty sweet, at least. It's not too hot, not too cold and there don't seem to be any people eating monsters wandering around."
