Scully toasted Claudia with her drink, looking slightly grumpy, and then smirked as she tilted her head toward Peter. "Glad I called?"

"Yeah?" Scully peered at him, trying to remember her own. "I've been too unnerved to ask him how long it's been for him. Just glad he's okay. And I hope he doesn't evaporate again and come back looking like that wizard in that stupid magic movie."

Scully snickered, taking another sip of her drink. "If it doesn't now, it's never going to happen." She looked a little wistful. "This is so strange. He seemed old for 18 before, but now he's actually the age I was. Or closer to it." Yes, she was jealous of that.
