Cally entered the park with a gun and a wary expression; she exited it with a pocket full of gold coins, an incipient headache, and a WHOOOOOOOSH that was unsettlingly familiar as a fizzy green spiky thing landed on her shoulder from above.

At least this one only sent her to the dorm lobby, instead of another planet. (Though home would have been... anyway. Lobby. Right.)

Rinoa had heard there was an invasion, but not that it was this cute. These things look too cartoonish to be properly threatening. She wondered if maybe they should just try talking to them.
