His Cardio Funk class over for the day, John decided to open the front doors to the gym and let in some fresh air.

Days like this had him missing Atlantis. All that alien ocean air and trips to verdant worlds. But hey, Atlantis didn't have stuff like chili dogs for lunch. And damn if John wasn't gonna stuff his face with one of those later.

She'd been planning to avoid the gym completely, but then the doors were open, and it looked so much the same that Rose found herself heading in.

The freaking desk, the mats that she'd washed a freaking hundred times. It was almost like seeing a ghost. Well, no, Rose totally knew it wasn't at all like seeing a ghost, but maybe if she'd never actually...yeah, the analogy was going nowhere.

Much like Rose as she couldn't help poking around and thinking that this all had been so much easier before.
