The Park and then over the whole town, evening
Tex leaned further out of the transport as it approached the island. The sound of gunfire welcome her back and she watched as Commander Appo sat patiently waiting for her orders. Perfect, her contact hadn't lied when he had told her about the cloning abilities on Kamino. It seemed like the Kaminoans were in the middle of an order when she met with them. It had taken some persuading, but finally in the end money had won out and here she was with her unit of clone troopers.
"Bring us in to the park," Tex shouted at the pilot and turned her attention back to Commander Appo. "You know your orders."
"Yes, sir. We set down and secure the perimeter. Once the park is safe, we proceed further into the town and restore order and protect the citizens." Appo replied flawlessly.
Tex nodded and listened as Appo give a last few minute orders. The next moment, the transports landed right in the middle of the park and clone troopers swarmed out. Tex followed at her own pace and watched with satisfaction as the troops met no resistance.
"Perimeter is secure, Tex." Appo reported.
"Then move into the town," Tex ordered, then looked at the duck pond. "Leave a few men to watch the ducks."
