Hard to believe only nine minutes had passed since this all started, huh? The daters were still dating, hopefully no one had been transported outside due to trying to attack anyone they had to deal with for three minutes, and all they had to do was survive two more rounds before they could hit the bar.

Bruce. Bruce was cute and sort of awesome, as far as Quinn could tell. This speed dating thing was woking in her favor, even if she wasn't expecting it to actually go anywhere.

"Hi. So would it be completely cheesy," she asked, "if I made a 'save the best for last'-type comment?"

"It might be, but it would still be flattering," Bruce said, giving a slight playful shrug. Yes, shrugs could be playful. And yes, Bruce knew how to give one. "As long as you don't use cheesy lines like that on all the guys. That would hurt it a little."

Post-3MD Caritas is going up super early after this because the OCD's nuts, and people should get to talk post-dates when they wanna talk.

I'm fully expecting everyone to totally miss that the regular Caritas post went up. :D

For the record, the OOC themes are awesome. I mean, I've only ever seen the first two Highlander movies, but they have great names.

I submit that "The Quickening" is one of the great sequel subtitles and should be brought up nearly as often as "Electric Boogaloo."
