The Park, Slightly Later Wednesday Night
All right, it was pretty hard to run in the catsuit. Karla had foreseen the difficulty of wearing heels and had opted for a pair of comfy black flats, but she hadn't thought far enough ahead to realize that running in leather that tight was harder than it looked. Funny, she didn't remember any problems with doing random backbends in this thing during the crazy weekend she first wore it.
Figured.
Since Dinah and Momoko--err, TK and Hyper were gaining and would be on her in a moment, Karla decided to change tactics. Rather than continue running, Karla darted to the center of the pond, disturbing the flamingos as she went, and then turned to face her pursuers.
"Do you dare face me?" she trumpeted. "Me?! The Mistress of Mayhem?! This is your last chance, girls, to turn around and go to sleep before I unleash my mayhem-inducing fury! Mwahahaha--" Her decidely evil laugh was interrupted by a coughing fit. "That's harder than it looks," Karla said, surprised.
TK!
"Really?" Dinah had a hard time choking back laughter, and stopped to catch her breath before starting to sneak forward, air-walking over the water a little shower than Karla had. "Give it up, Mayhem. Your reign of mischief is at an end. Unleashing your fury won't stop us!" And try not to giggle. Too hard. At least her usual crimefighting outfit wasn't going to slow her down the way Karla's had. Heh.
Hyper!
They were supposed to take this sort of seriously, so Blossom tried her best to stop giggling as she flew into the scene and darted across the pond after the 'villain.'
"Your fury is no match for our Justice!"
Mistress Mayhem!
"Justice?" the Mistress of Mayhem sneered. "You little girls know nothing of fury or justice!" Heh. 'Little girls.' Dinah wasn't going to let her live that one down for awhile. "My fury burns like fire and whips like the wind."
With a flick of the wrist, a whip of glowing-blue Craft appeared in her hand and cracked it above their heads. "Turn back now, girls. It's your last chance."
There was totally some posing going on. Hell yeah, Karla wasn't about to let the leather catsuit go to waste.

Dinah snorted, and was just managing not to facepalm herself into the water--- and then decided that two could play at that game.
A roll of water rose in a long whip that cracked right back at Karla, the started to spin into a funnel, moving toward her. "Bring it!"
Banter time over!
Hyper, aka Blossom aka Momoko
Whoa whoa whoa! Blossom backed up and dodged as Karla's whip appeared and then Dinah's.
Ah, right. Powers. That was why they were doing this. And her powers weren't as awesome broad as the other two girls' were, so she was going to have to be more defensive and tricky than usual.
"Sorry, can't turn back now. I was promised dessert, and she makes me buy when we lose." Blossom threw her yo-yo at Karla, hoping the whip was real enough to lasso and fairly sure it wasn't. But she needed to know.
Mistress Mayhem, aka Karla
Karla was almost grateful for the unspoken agreement that fighting time was nigh. And after all this, she was going to go home and cross off 'extemporaneous speechifying' off her list of abilities. Supervillain speeches were hard.
As Momo--Hyper had figured, her lasso arced through the energy of Karla's whip. Had they truly been enemies, Karla would have added a bit extra energy and burned through the string of Hyper's yo-yo. Instead, she flung a bolt of Craft back in Hyper's direction.
As for TK's waterspout, Karla was keeping a weather-eye on that. She couldn't waterbend, or whatever Azula called it, but maybe she could cut it off from the rest of the pond by making a shield to rest between it and the water...?
Dinah
It did, but that didn't stop its momentum, or keep Dinah from grabbing it as it started to spin out, and aiming the whole wave at Mistress Mayhem. Whoooosh!
(Seriously, now. Somewhere, supervillainesses were giggling and applauding that name.)
Then aiming a blast of TK at Karla's feet. Two could play the shield-messing-over-water game!
Blossom
Blossom flew up to avoid the bolt of energy, pulling back her yo-yo. So she couldn't attack anything Kar... Mistress Mayhem made with her powers? Well, she could still attack Mayhem, herself, if she could figure out a way to get close.
"Whoops!" Until she could, she'd settle on possibly being a distraction. "You missed! My turn again?" She sent the yo-yo back again, this time aiming for her arm.

That was because it was an awesome name. It had taken Karla almost a full three minutes to come up with it.
She tried to dodge Dinah's wave, but, dammit, it was a wave. It made dodging difficult. So she braced herself, setting up a wedge-shaped shield in front of her to deflect the water towards either side. The shield was only waist-high, however, meaning she got a full blast of water directly in her face.
"I'll get you for that!" she yelled, as soon as she could open her mouth without fear of drowning. Thank the Darkness she'd pulled her hair back before this whole thing began. "You'll--ack!" It was an ungainly jump backwards to avoid TK's uh, TK--which put her directly in the path of Hyper's yo-yo.
Okay, that stung. And she'd likely have a nasty bruise to show for it, but other than a hiss of pain, she didn't let it show. Hyper had been a bit uneasy with the idea from the beginning, and she didn't want to make that worse.
"Elemental Mayhem!" Someone had been watching the teevee for tips on how to act like a supervillainess. She raised both hands and pulled, causing all sorts of loose debris to come flying towards her. It was a veritable storm of detritus: sticks, leaves, rocks, chunks of dirt, the occasional flamingo.... All being pulled to her, with Hyper and TK directly in the path.
TK
"Aaagh!" Dinah ducked.
Into the water, as her airwalking took a break there. "Eeeee!" Cold! But at least she wasn't getting hit on the head?
She started swimming toward Mistress Mayhem, even weighted down by her leather outfit, intent on grabbing her ankles for that stunt. Brrr!
Hyper
Blossom was being easy on the throws! Really!
She'd been looking for an opening, and the ungainly jump was it, but before she could send her yo-yo, she was hit from behind. "Eh?"
The debris storm was pretty effective at knocking her about a bit, but it was the flamingos, though, that had her most upset. She was being attacked by pink? "Hey! No involving civilians!"
She spent a few seconds flying through the sticks and stones, catching the confused and very flaily pink birds and setting them outside the battle. That one of them escaped her and was pulled towards Karla's head, honking madly with wings flailing and feathers flying, was NOT HER FAULT! But she was totally going to take her time flying after it.
Karla
As soon as the debris-line hit Hyper and TK, Karla--err, Mistress Mayhem had thrown up a shield. It wouldn't do for the villainess to get caught by her own attack, now would it? Though she did lose some credibility when she caught sight of the flamingo. "Oh no!" she cried, dropping the shield to catch the flamingo with Craft. "It's okay, it's okay," she said, setting the dizzy bird on the ground. "Didn't mean for you to get caught up in it."
She tried to gain it back by creating another whip and lashing it out towards Hyper. That would be about when Dinah's hands clamped onto her ankles, though.

And yanked downward, yes. Go for the direct attack when the power attacks fail!
Blossom
Blossom jumped and narrowly missed getting the whip. She hoped Dinah wasn't too interested in dunking Mayhem because this was a perfect chance to actually capture her. "TK!"
She let her yo-yo fly in an attempt to lasso the 'evil villain'.
Karla
Okay, this?
So not going to plan. At all.
Mistress Mayhem struggled, kicking down at TK to try to get free. Her head broke through the water and took a deep breath, gasping at the air. "Brat! As soon as I get out of here, I'm gonna--"
