I have to apologise, because I completely forgot about the ships in the junkyard when planning this, and so forgot to check with those who own said ships. To answer your questions: it will be like this until midnight, the water will disappear, and nothing in the junkyard will have been touched so, yes, they will be accessible as usual after midnight. If that stuffs something up for you, please let me know: I'm sure a junkyard that can fill itself with water can also open a corridor in that water to grant access to a ship.
If I may ask, does Worf have a shuttle in the junkyard? I only ask so I can add it to my list if he does.
