It's entirely possible Bobby had some sort of Jean-on-a-date radar. Or... okay, maybe he was just craving something fishy for some weird reason and thus the fact that he was entering the sushi restaurant at precisely this moment was a complete and total coincidence.

"Hey, Jean," Bobby greeted, plonking himself down in the chair across from her without so much as an invitation.

"Hi, Bobby." Act cool, Jean. Don't let him know you're on a date so he can ruin it with his insisting you and Scott were a totally cute couple because Scott was kinda dreamy and--STAY STRONG.

"What are you doing here?"

"Looking for the treasure of the Sierra Madre," Bobby retorted, rolling his eyes. "I'm hungry and kinda craving fish. So... sushi," he shrugged. "What are you doing he- are you waiting for someone?" he demanded, like it was totally his business.

She was dressed all nice for funsies.
