Intelligence should have stopped a cranky boy from showing up on his way to find more coffee, and yet there he was. All the talk of ethics in the morning had left him feeling guilty and a little sad.
"You look busy," he remarked, considering fleeing even as he'd just arrived.
"The weekend has started," he informed her, giving up his hand. "Let's do something or go somewhere." Someone didn't want to be stuck in his dorm room anymore.
She blinked, looked at her desk, and then at Griff. If anything, her smile grew brighter.
"All right. Let me just tell Miss Cabot."
And she held up a finger before leaning over to grab the phone and dial a number. It didn't take very long at all for someone to answer, for Fiona to explain that she had something that needed her attention and Miss Cabot to 'okay' the whole thing.
She hung up the phone and gave his hand a squeeze.

The phone was put down and the computer was put onto it's screensaver as she got up and walked over.
"Not busy," she told him, reaching out for his hand.
"Glad you stopped by."
