It was amazing people at Caritas didn't just shout out Norm his name when Hurley showed up every Wednesday. He sat down at the bar and smiled.

Griff didn't know if you were meant to tip droids, but he was willing to if T1-N0 provided the drinks as requested and delivered them repeatedly. He sat at a table in the back room, trying to convey this to the machine while he waited for Fiona.

And no, he was not calling this a date. He remembered how badly that had gone.

Fiona had taken the time to do up her hair a little and pick out a nice dress, but she had the same somewhat worn bag that she carried with her all the time under her arm and no makeup. She flopped across from him onto one of the near seats and glanced at the robot.

"Your drinks tonight, or we're splitting?"

Griff stopped looking at the robot and smiled at his attractive company. "Mine, I'm glad you wanted to come along." Sure she'd brought it up, but he'd been thinking it. "And I am willing to branch into your category tonight and stick with something strong."
