Caritas [Thursday evening]
Sookie wasn't one for bars, really, but she'd been in her fair share of them. (Small towns like Bon Temps tended to have one restaurant-cum-bar kind of place, anyways. So when she wandered in, pondering whether to get something alcoholic or not and found that the woman who was supposed to be here hadn't shown up for work, she moved behind the bar and assured the guy that she'd be happy to fill in.
It wasn't until she saw Tino's face that she realized he hadn't actually voiced that thought. Though it did explain why he'd been less than complimentary about the bartender in question.
